When you use the Tool, we will automatically collect a small amount of necessary device information and usage data to ensure the stable operation of the service and optimize the function experience, including specifically:
- Device Information: Such as device model, system version, and device identifier (only used to identify the uniqueness of the device, not associated with personal identity information), used to adapt to different devices and ensure the normal operation of the service.
- Usage Data: Such as the type of functions you use, operation time, operation frequency, etc., used to analyze user usage habits, optimize function design and service experience. Such data will be anonymized and cannot identify your personal identity.
2.3 Explanation of the Necessity of Information Collection
The image information and facial data you provide are the basis for realizing core functions such as AI Face Swap, AI Clothing Change, and stylization. If you refuse to provide them, you will not be able to use the relevant functions normally, but it will not affect your use of other non-core functions of the Tool; the automatically collected device information and usage data are only used for service optimization and stable operation, and do not involve any personal identity recognition.
3. Rules for Information Use
We strictly use your personal information in accordance with the purposes agreed in this Policy, do not use it beyond the necessary scope, and do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the Tool's services. The specific usage rules are as follows:
- For Providing Core Services: Use the images and facial data you provide to realize functions such as stylization generation, image-to-video conversion, AI Dance, AI Clothing Change, and AI Face Swap, and generate content that meets your needs.
- For Service Optimization: Analyze the collected anonymized usage data to optimize the functional performance and operation process of the Tool, and improve the user experience.
- For Security Assurance: Use account information and device information for identity verification to prevent risks such as account theft and malicious operations, and ensure the security of your account and usage.
- Without your explicit consent, we will not use your personal information for any other purposes, nor will we commercially use your personal information.
4. Information Storage and Protection
4.1 Storage Period
- Facial Data: The facial data you provide will only be stored by us for 3 days, calculated from the date you upload and complete the use of relevant functions. After the expiration date, it will be automatically and completely deleted without retaining any copies.
- Image Information: The image information you upload for function generation will be retained or automatically deleted according to your choice after you complete the generation operation; if you choose to save it, you can manually delete it at any time, and we will not take the initiative to retain it for a long time.
- Account Information: If you register an account, your account information will be retained during the period you use the account. After you cancel your account, we will completely delete all your account-related information within 15 working days.
- Anonymized Usage Data: Anonymized data can be retained for a long time for service optimization, but such data can no longer identify personal identity and does not constitute personal information.
4.2 Storage Security Measures
We adopt industry-standard technical and management measures to comprehensively protect the security of your personal information and prevent information leakage, tampering, and loss:
- Technical Protection: Encrypt and store your personal information (especially facial data and sensitive image information) using the AES-256 encryption algorithm, and use an encrypted transmission protocol during transmission to prevent data from being illegally obtained during transmission and storage.
- Access Control: Establish a strict access permission management system. Only authorized staff can access your personal information, and all access behaviors will be recorded throughout the process to ensure data traceability.
- Security Audit: Conduct regular data security audits, investigate potential security risks, update security protection technologies in a timely manner, and respond to potential security risks.
- Personnel Management: Conduct strict privacy protection training and management for staff who have access to personal information, clarify their confidentiality obligations, and if staff violate the regulations, they will bear corresponding responsibilities.
4.3 Explanation of Data Deletion
When the storage period expires, you cancel your account, or you take the initiative to request the deletion of personal information, we will use technical means to completely delete your personal information, including original data and backup data, to ensure that the data cannot be recovered; anonymized data that cannot identify personal identity and cannot be restored is not subject to deletion restrictions.

- Right of Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information at any time, including uploaded images, facial data, account information, etc. We will conduct deletion processing in a timely manner after receiving your deletion application (facial data will be automatically deleted in accordance with the agreement of this Policy, no additional application is required).
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to this Policy and the authorization for the collection and use of personal information. After withdrawing consent, we will stop collecting and using your personal information, but it will not affect the legality of information processing activities carried out based on your consent before.
- Right of Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your account. After the account is canceled, we will completely delete all your account-related information and personal information, and will not retain any copies.

- If the images, facial data, and other information you upload infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties (such as portrait rights, copyrights, etc.), the disputes and liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you and have nothing to do with us.
- We shall not be liable for disclosing or using personal information in exceptional cases with your consent or as required by law.
8. Policy Update and Notification
We may revise this Privacy Policy in accordance with the functional updates of the Tool and changes in laws and regulations related to privacy protection. The revised Policy will be posted in a prominent position of the Tool (such as the login page, Personal Center) and will take effect after the publicity period expires.
